( NASDAQ: USMD), a physician-led integrated healthcare system, announced today that four new physicians — Lauri Ballard, M.D.; Joel Brown, M.D.; Carolyn Lentzsch-Parcells, M.D.; and Mark Prince, M.D. — have joined USMD Affiliated Services. More about USMD’s new physicians: Dr. Lauri Ballard will practice at USMD’s Dr. David Pillow Senior Health Clinic, a partnership with North Hills Hospital, in North Richland Hills, Texas. She completed her fellowship in geriatric medicine at University of Texas Southwestern, her residency in internal medicine at Methodist Dallas Medical Center and received her medical degree at University of Texas Southwestern. Dr. Ballard has more than 11 years of experience caring for patients. Dr. Joel Brown will practice at USMD’s West Plano Clinic. He completed his residency in internal medicine at Methodist Dallas Medical Center and received his medical degree at Thomas Jefferson University Jefferson Medical College. Dr. Brown has more than 40 years of experience caring for patients in the community of Plano, Texas.
Dr. Carolyn Lentzsch-Parcells will practice at USMD’s Las Colinas MacArthur Clinic. She completed her residency in pediatrics and received her medical degree at Baylor College of Medicine. Dr. Parcells has more than three years of experience working as a pediatrician and nearly three years of experience serving as an assistant professor at University of Kentucky in the Department of Pediatrics, Division of Adolescent Medicine.Dr. Mark Prince will practice at USMD’s new Arlington South Specialty Care Clinic. Dr. Prince completed his fellowship in gastroenterology and his residency in internal medicine at University of Kentucky Chandler Medical Center.
