PHOENIX, Aug. 25, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Republic Services, Inc. (NYSE:RSG) today announced that Charles F. "Chuck" Serianni, 52, has been named executive vice president and chief financial officer, effective immediately. Mr. Serianni has been with Republic for 17 years and has held senior field and corporate finance positions of increasing responsibility, including senior vice president and chief accounting officer. Mr. Serianni succeeds Glenn A. Culpepper who has left the Company to pursue other opportunities.
