Why EveryWare Global (EVRY) Stock Is Up Today

NEW YORK (TheStreet) -- EveryWare Global (EVRY) was gaining 32% to $2.72 Thursday after agreeing to sell its U.K. business.

The company said its subsidiary Oneida International entered into an agreement to see its U.K. business to HUK 54 Limited. EveryWare will retain all rights to the Oneida, Anchor Hocking, and Sant' Andrea brands following the sale.
