NEW YORK (TheStreet) -- Wells Fargo downgraded InterMune  (ITMN) to "market perform" from "outperform." The firm cited valuation and said a potential takeover premium is largely baked into the stock.

The stock was down 0.76% to $53.69 in pre-market trading on Thursday.
