On the negative front, top decliners within the sector include Nortel Inversora ( NTL), down 8.1%, SK Telecom ( SKM), down 1.3%, Adobe Systems ( ADBE), down 1.3%, China Unicom (Hong Kong ( CHU), down 1.2% and Kyocera ( KYO), down 0.9%.
