NEW YORK (TheStreet) -- Townsquare Media (TSQ) shares are climbing 3.5% to $11.30 in pre-market trading on Monday after analysts at Jefferies (JEF) initiated coverage with a "buy" rating and $17 price target.

Separately, analysts at Bank of America (BAC) also assumed coverage on the diversified media company with a "buy" rating, while analysts at RBC Capital initiated coverage with an "outperform" rating and $14 price target.
