NEW YORK (TheStreet) -- Noodles & Co (NDLS) shares are down -21.9% to $19.69 on Thursday after reporting adjusted second quarter earnings of 12 cents per share, 3 cents lower than what analysts were expecting.
The fast casual dining company reported a 0.7% decline in same restaurant sales that led to the disappointing earnings results.
The company also cut its full year profit and same store sales expectations to flat from its previous expectations of 2.5% to 3% growth.
