NEW YORK (TheStreet) -- The Mosaic Company (MOS) shares are down -1.3% to $45.90 on Wednesday after being downgraded to "sell" from "hold" with a $40 price target by analysts at BGC Partners (BGCP).

The company's price target represents a 12.8% decline from the potash and phosphate supply company's current stock price.
