Time Warner Cable is partnering with actor and producer Adrian Grenier on the upcoming documentary “52: The Search for the Loneliest Whale in the World” and is calling on passionate filmmakers to share their inspiration as part of Time Warner Cable’s Indie Film Month. Beginning today, entrants can post a 15-second video on Instagram stating how they can make a difference and connect to the world through the art of film using the hashtag #TWCIndieContest. * All participants will then be asked to fill out an entry form through comment on their post. One Grand-Prize winner will travel to New York City for five days and four nights to help assist notable documentary filmmaker, Josh Zeman, prepare for an expedition on the open seas. The winner’s name will be included in the credits of the film and he/she will receive a $2,000 gift card to use on film equipment. In addition, one First-Prize winner will receive an all-expense paid trip for two to an upcoming film festival. The judging criteria for the winning submission will be based on the entrant’s questionnaire, creativity and how well their video answers the prompt.
