Parkervision (PRKR) Reports Second-Quarter Earnings

NEW YORK (TheStreet) -- Parkervision  (PRKR) reported second-quarter earnings after the closing bell Monday and reported a loss in line with analysts' expectations.

The semiconductor company's net loss narrowed year-over-year to $5.8 million, or 6 cents a share, from $7.1 million, or 8 cents a share. The Thomson Reuters consensus estimate called for Parkervision to report a loss of 6 cents a share. The company reported no revenue for the second quarter.

The stock closed up 2.63% to $1.17 on Monday.
