Stankey, group president and chiefstrategy officer for AT&T, a UPS company director effectiveimmediately. Stankey, 51, will serve on the Nominating and CorporateGovernance Committee and his appointment expands the UPS board to14 directors. He will stand for election to a regularone-year term at UPS's annual shareholders' meeting in May2015.
