This was a valuation call based on expected sales growth and margin share gains in the U.S. and overseas. Occidental Petroleum (OXY) was upgraded to 'Overweight' from 'Equal-Weight' at Morgan Stanley. The firm says management's plan to buy back more shares will help the recent lag in this stock. They also upgrade the price target to $120 from $110. U.S. Steel (X) was upgraded from 'Hold' to 'Buy' at Keybanc and have a $48 price target, which is 41% upside from where the stock is currently trading.
