The position: Talent director for Nickelodeon
Location: New York, New York
Job duties: Manages all activities for Nick Talent, including booking requests and talent relations. Helps implements talent development strategies and long term plans. Manages talent bookings for Nick and TeenNick shows and special events. Establishes and develops relationships with the entertainment community. Manages the daily talent relations activities for East Coast shows including Nick Cannon and Nick at Nite. Manages contract administration and cost tracking for TeenNick talent deals. Attends industry functions to further develop entertainment contacts and educate the industry about Nickelodeon.

Requirements: This role requires at least five years of talent booking experience, and experience working within the television industry. Must have established contacts within the entertainment industry for the purposes of booking talent. Prefer applicants with general knowledge of the Nickelodeon brand, popular culture – specifically television, film, music and sports – and how it all interrelates. Must have excellent communication and public relations skills.
