The position: Videographer/Editor at Saks Fifth Avenue (Stock Quote: SKS)
Location: New York City
Job duties: Executes production of all internal videos for Saks Fifth Avenue. Collaborates with business partners to conceptualize and develop memorable video communications, which will be delivered online or via DVD to associates. Manages and executes all production aspects including videography, directing, editing and distribution. Develops scripts, helps producers determine locations for shooting and introduces new ideas and styles of shooting for fresh approaches. Coordinates schedule for talent and crew. Edits videos and designs graphics.

Requirements: Requires a bachelor's degree or education/experience in video production, including experience with videography, lighting and audio. Must have experience editing with Final Cut Pro or on AVID. Script writing experience is preferred. Should be proficient in use of professional HD video camera. This job requires strong communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively with various levels within the organization. Applicants must be proficient with Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint, organized, self-directed, and able to maintain quality while meeting aggressive deadlines.
