The position: Creative services director for Zipcar
Location: Cambridge, Massachusetts
Job duties: Oversees the creative team and the creative process. Will lead the evolution of Zipcar's visual identity, and create compelling and memorable design pieces that solve the company's business and creative goals. Ensures the creative department operates in a highly efficient manner. Will manage, mentor and motivate a team of five designers and two copywriters. Manages the evolution of the in-house agency's technology needs, developing streamlined systems to manage workflow.

Requirements: Requires bachelor's degree in graphic design or fine arts, with additional business degree preferred. Must have at least seven years of managerial experience in a design or art (http://www.mainstreet.com/article/smart-spending/how-invest-affordable-art-online) department, with three years of relevant consumer brand experience preferred. Requires project management experience in a design environment, plus exposure to design tools. Must have proven ability to work with cross-functional teams. Strong communication, organizational and presentation skills are a must. Requires superb time management skills and the ability to respond quickly to multiple projects. International brand experience is a plus.
