The position: Consumer experience manager for Ford (Stock Quote: F)
Location: Detroit, Michigan
Job duties: The main focus of this position is to provide the ultimate Lincoln customer experience. This person will lead all consumer activities associated with the delivery of a Lincoln dealership experience. The manager will be responsible for the coordination of efforts among multiple departments including communications, public affairs, marketing, sales and product development. He or she will also assist in defining and implementing immediate and long-term enhancements to the consumer experience, such as enhancements to the privileges of Lincoln ownership and to dealer operating standards.
The company: Ford is a major U.S. motor vehicle company. Its divisions also include the Lincoln/Mercury lines. This position specifically relates to Lincoln luxury vehicles.
Requirements: Requires a college degree, plus experience in the luxury automotive industry or another luxury business. Candidates must have proven experience involving defining or managing a customer-focused sales/service program that delivered extraordinary results related to customer satisfaction and advocacy. The position also requires prior experience in managing and delivering multi-market projects through a franchised network of retail/service points on a national level, plus a track record of delivering results in a large corporate organization while addressing key stakeholder requirements. Candidates must have a drive for immediate results, as well as strong written and verbal communication skills, excellent teamwork abilities and strong business acumen.
