The position: Senior tour host for Ben & Jerry's
Location: Waterbury, Vt.
Job duties: Will serve as a tour guide for the Ben & Jerry's factory tour. Provides direction to online staff and manages projects designed to improve the factory tour experience. Responsible for delivering 30-minute factory tours designed to educate visitors on the history, culture and mission of the company. Participates in a variety of online activities designed to enhance the tour experience. Will help with numerous marketing projects throughout the year. Must maintain accurate files, budgets and records related to each project.

Requirements: Requires associate's degree in marketing or public relations. Experience giving guided factory tours to the public is preferred. Ideally, candidates will have experience working in a high volume, fast-paced tourist attraction. Must have excellent communication skills, including public speaking abilities. Requires strong computer skills, including proficiency with Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Must have strong project management skills, technical aptitude and good problem-solving skills. Ideal candidate will be creative, flexible, patient and able to calmly handle stressful situations.
