The position: Senior Marketing Manager of Online Savings for Coupons.com
Location: Mountain View, Calif.
Job duties: Will lead the company’s online savings distribution and traffic acquisition initiatives. Will work directly with publishers and affiliate networks. Responsible for driving and managing acquisition marketing programs and projects. Also responsible for overseeing the new business channel at Coupons.com. Will help build a team to manage and support the growth of this new business channel. This person will interact extensively with business contacts both internally and from outside the company. Job involves developing reporting, metrics and scorecards for the new business channel and communicating this information to senior management. Will be expected to proactively identify areas of improvement in marketing campaign management processes and then help implement enhancement solutions.

Requirements: Requires college degree, preferably in a business or technical field, plus four to seven years experience in online marketing. Must have a strong understanding of ROI-oriented marketing and Internet advertising models. Applicants must have familiarity and experience with affiliate marketing channel and affiliate systems including Commission Junction, Linkshare and Google Affiliate Network. Ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, have a proactive, take-charge attitude and be able to multi-task. Strong quantitative and analytical skills are required, as is proficiency in Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Experience with online advertising reporting tools is a plus, as is experience with data query tools such as SQL. Requires ability to learn new tools and software programs quickly.
