What They Do: Provider of in-home care for disabled adults and senior citizens.

Types of Part-Time Position(s) Available: Companions and personal care aides; some locations may also have office positions available.

Desired Hours Per Week: Varies by location/position. The company prefers candidates who can work flexible schedules.

Starting Pay: Generally about $9 or $10 an hour, but since each location is an independent franchise, rates can vary.

Requirements: High school diploma or GED. Previous related experience preferred. Must pass a background check, including a criminal records check, and have good references. Some positions require owning a reliable automobile, a valid driver's license and current insurance. Must be comfortable working with the elderly, including those with medical challenges (possibly including dementia).
