Boxtops for Education is the company's well known program in which schools can earn computers and other supplies by collecting boxtops from General Mills products. This job involves indentifying and coordinating new business ventures and partnerships that will help the program grow. The successful candidate will build and maintain relationships with agencies, vendors, customers and General Mills colleagues. The job requires a marketing degree and two years experience in promotion marketing.

Coolest Job: There's an opening for a Cybercrime Team Manager, who will "lead the day-to-day fight against fraud" and develop countermeasures against emerging threats. You need a high diploma or GED, three years experience with computer networking or malware, and experience with online security or cyber forensics.

What They Want: They mainly need photographers, and lots of them. No photography experience is necessary, but you must have lots of patience and enjoy working with kids. Many positions focus specifically on school pictures, meaning you get weekends and summers off.
