The position: Head volleyball coach for North Dakota State University

Location: Fargo, North Dakota

Job duties: Will be responsible for leading, organizing and administering all phases of the women's volleyball program in accordance with the National Collegiate Athletics Association (NCAA), North Dakota State University and other relevant rules and regulations. Must promote a philosophy compatible with NDSU while valuing the educational and personal welfare of student athletes. Expected to maintain a competitive Division 1 program emphasizing integrity and demonstrated professional standards. Will be involved in recruiting athletes, organizing practices and training sessions, and supervising assistant coaches.

Requirements: Requires a bachelor's degree, plus a strong background in volleyball skill analysis and techniques. Must have thorough knowledge and commitment to compliance with NCAA rules and regulations, plus commitment to the academic success of student athletes. Applicants should have experience motivating players to achieve maximum levels of performance and should be able to demonstrate integrity and professional behavior. Ideal candidate will have at least four years of successful experience involving coaching and recruiting at a competitive Division 1 women's volleyball program.
