Atlas Financial Holdings, Inc. (NASDAQ:AFH) ("Atlas" or the "Company") today announced that it will release its financial results for the second quarter ended June 30, 2014 after the market closes on Tuesday, August 5, 2014.

Atlas will discuss these results in a conference call the following morning (Wednesday, August 6, 2014) at 8:30 a.m. ET.
