NEW YORK (TheStreet) -- Shares of Twitter Inc.  (TWTR) are up 0.74% to $38.12 after Goldman Sachs (GS) said on Friday that it's seen "continued elevated levels of product innovation" at the company since the fourth quarter of 2013, with "more than three times the number of enhancements designed to drive user growth, engagement, and incremental monetization as in any other quarter" prior to that period.
