Why LGI Homes (LGIH) Stock Is Up Today

NEW YORK (TheStreet) -- Shares of LGI Homes Inc.  (LGIH) are up 4.20% to $20.21 after it announced an all-time record of 243 closings in June, up from 136 homes closed in the same month, a year ago.

In addition, LGI said it had a record setting 662 closings in the second quarter of 2014.
