Why GreenHunter Resources (GRH) Stock Is Gaining Today

NEW YORK (TheStreet) -- Shares of GreenHunter Resources, Inc. (GRH) are up 6.38% to $2.00 after it announced an agreement to have exclusive use of three independent water pipelines used for fracking in Pennsylvania and West Virginia.

The agreement between GreenHunter Pipeline LLC and Major Pipeline LLC provides exclusive use for transportation of fluids for 10 years.

Financial terms of the agreement were not disclosed.
