NEW YORK (TheStreet) -- Goldman Sachs upgraded Hill-Rom  (HRC) to "buy" from "neutral" and set a $48 price target. The firm made a valuation call based on management's strategic acceleration of organic growth. 

The stock closed at $40.59 on Wednesday.
