Will Vodafone Group (VOD) Stock Advance On Ono Bid Approval?

NEW YORK (TheStreet) -- Vodafone Group Plc (VOD) will reportedly gain unconditional EU approval for its $9.79 billion bid for Ono, Spain's largest cable operator, as regulators don't have competition concerns, sources told Reuters.

Shares of Vodafone are up 0.80% to $32.26 in heavy trading volume.
