One Factor Driving Twitter (TWTR) Stock Down Today

NEW YORK (TheStreet) -- Twitter  (TWTR) dipped Tuesday after Forrester Research posted results of a survey that showed teenagers use Facebook  (FB) more often than Twitter.

Forrester surveyed 4,517 teenagers between the ages of 12 and 17 about their social media use, and approximately 28% said they use Facebook "all the time." Approximately 20% said they used Twitter with such frequency.

Forrester researchers Nate Elliot and Gina Fleming conducted the study. "The results were clear: Facebook remains young users' favorite social network," Elliot wrote in a blog post on Tuesday.
