Why News Corp. (NWSA) Stock Is Lower Today

NEW YORK (TheStreet) -- Shares of News Corp. (NWSA) are down -1.59% to $17.35 after announcing that it will sell its Community Newspaper Group, based in New York City and which publishes 11 community newspapers and websites, as well as a number of  magazines.

Terms were not disclosed.
