Will Barclays (BCS) Stock Be Affected By This Ratings Upgrade?

NEW YORK (TheStreet) -- Barclays PLC (BCS) was upgraded to "buy" from "hold" at Canaccord Genuity (CCORF) on Monday morning.

The firm said it raised its rating on the global provider of financial services based on a valuation call and the company's recently announced restructuring plans.

Shares of Barclays are lower by -0.25% to $15.98 in pre-market trading today.
