Will DISH Network (DISH) Stock Be Helped By This Upgrade?

NEW YORK (TheStreet) -- Shares of DISH Network Corp. (DISH) were upgraded to "buy" from "neutral" at Citigroup (C) as the bank said the two upcoming wireless auctions should increase the company's spectrum value.

Citi believes DISH shares are undervalued based on the company's spectrum and raised its price target to $79 from $61.
