Nikain will work with clients to actively and effectively manage risks associated with capital improvement projects. In addition, he will help position the practice for growth in strategic markets and service lines while continuing to provide dispute resolution services. “Reza has a proven track record for successfully delivering risk management and dispute resolution services for construction projects around the world,” said Dave Tortorello, Managing Director and Practice Area Leader of Navigant’s Global Construction Practice. “His innovative solutions for effectively managing risks associated with capital improvement projects will further expand the breadth of our global construction practice service offerings to our clients.” Nikain brings nearly 30 years of experience, providing risk management, dispute avoidance and dispute resolution services for global engineering and construction projects. He has presented expert witness testimony in all forms of Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR), in domestic and international venues, including the American Arbitration Association (AAA), International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) and jury trials. Previously, Nikain was the global dispute resolution leader for the Construction Consulting Practice at Marsh Risk Consulting, where he was responsible for the growth of the practice’s dispute prevention and resolution services throughout the United States and abroad.
