CACI Chairman Dr. J.P. (Jack) London Honored With Corporate Leadership Award From TechAmerica Foundation

CACI International Inc ( NYSE:CACI) announced today that Dr. J.P. (Jack) London, Executive Chairman and Chairman of the Board, has received the Corporate Leadership Award from TechAmerica Foundation, the leading voice and resource for the U.S. technology industry. The award recognizes Dr. London’s leadership and outstanding contributions to the technology sector. Dr. London accepted the award at the Technology and Government Dinner on June 12 in Washington, D.C. He joins a distinguished group of recipients including Dave Cote of Honeywell, Vint Cerf of Google, Bill McDermott of SAP, and Kevin Johnson of Juniper.

“The federal IT industry is what it is today because of Dr. Jack London,” said Shawn Osborne, Chairman of the TechAmerica Foundation. “His vision on where the industry was heading helped shape not only CACI but the industry as a whole. He has led by character as well as business acumen in a way that has set the high standard in which the federal IT community serves Americans.”

Dr. London served as CACI’s President and Chief Executive Officer from 1984 to 2007 and is considered to be the founder of the modern-era CACI. He was the architect of CACI strategies that continually positioned the company for growth in rapidly changing business climates, and under his leadership CACI grew from a small consulting firm into a worldwide information solutions and services company. Dr. London’s previous industry and service awards include the Fleet Admiral Chester W. Nimitz Award from the Navy League of the United States, the John W. Dixon Award from the Association of the United States Army, and the Nathan Hale Award from the Reserve Officers Association. Dr. London has also been inducted into the Washington Business Hall of Fame, U.S. Naval Postgraduate School Hall of Fame, and Greater Washington GovCon Hall of Fame.
