Ellie Mae Announces Advanced Certification Program For Encompass Administrators

Ellie Mae (NYSE:ELLI), a leading provider of innovative on-demand software solutions and services for the residential mortgage industry, today announced that it is rolling out a certification program for experienced Encompass® administrators. The five-day, small-group intensive education and certification program will be held in several locations across the United States throughout the remainder of the year, beginning on June 16 in San Francisco. Ellie Mae clients can find more info and register for a program near them at www.elliemae.com/certification.

The Encompass Administrator Certification Program validates and recognizes Encompass administrators who demonstrate expert-level proficiency in maintenance, configuration and troubleshooting of Encompass. Successful certification candidates will possess the skills to help organizations accelerate business solutions, increase productivity and leverage the full benefits of their investment in Encompass technology.

To ensure that the administrators have the requisite experience with Encompass and the mortgage process, applicants must pass a rigorous knowledge assessment to be eligible for the certification.

The five-day Encompass Administrator Certification program will include lab exercises simulating real-world situations, as well as team assignments based on established best practices for administering Encompass. Administrators who complete the program and pass the final assessment will be designated as Certified Encompass Administrators.

Certified Encompass Administrators will have a number of exclusive advantages and opportunities, including the ability to participate in special training opportunities and town hall forums. Certified Encompass Administrators will also get access into an online community forum with other certified administrators that is hosted and managed by Ellie Mae.

“We developed our Encompass Administrator Certification program in response to client demand for advanced education and validation of those skills for their key systems administrators,” said Jonathan Corr, president and chief operating officer of Ellie Mae. “The program includes an advanced curriculum that will enable experienced administrators to validate and certify their skills; making them more valuable to their respective organizations and designating them as part of a growing community of highly skilled professionals.”
