Why Land's End (LE) Stock Is Higher In Today's Trading

NEW YORK (TheStreet) -- Shares of Land's End (LE) are up 8.11% to $28.76 after reporting first quarter earnings results.

The retailer announced net income for the first quarter increased 48.1% to $10.9 million, compared to $7.3 million a year ago.

Revenue increased 3.6% to $330.5 million in the period, compared to $319.0 million in the first quarter of 2013.
