How Will IDT (IDT) Stock Be Impacted By 2014 Third Quarter Earnings?

NEW YORK (TheStreet) -- IDT Corporation (IDT) reported a 1.7% increase in revenue for the 2014 third quarter to $403.8 million, compared to $396.9 million from the same period last year.

The company, which is a multi-national holding company operating in the telecommunications industry, reported a 32.5% increase in adjusted EBITDA to $13.3 million for the most recent quarter, from $10.1 million from the 2013 third quarter.

However, the company reported a decline in net income to $5 million, or 22 cents per diluted share, from $8.7 million, or 39 cents from the year ago quarter.

Shares of IDT are lower -0.66% to $16.65 in after-hours trading on Monday.
