NEW YORK (TheStreet) -- Stifel Nicolaus upgraded Clovis Oncology  (CLVS) to "buy" from "hold" and set a $50 price target. The firm cited valuation, as the stock is down 60% from its highs.

The stock was up 4.45% to $40.11 at 9:32 a.m. on Thursday.
