Boingo Wireless shares are far outperforming the Nasdaq this year due to advertising strength, as well as growth in the WIFI provider's military business, says the company's CEO Dave Hagan. Hagan says revenue was 14% higher in its first quarter because customers re-upped their ad purchases after successful Q4 campaigns. He says the company will continue to sign up stadiums and arenas now that it has successfully cracked the airport markets. Finally, Hagan says that Boingo has signed agreements with the Marines, Army and Air Force to deploy WIFI services on military bases throughout the world.
