The Carlson Rezidor Group's goal is to have the entire Quorvus Collection in operation or under development by 2020.
The first three properties each bring a unique, luxe history of their own.
The 404-room May Fair for example, was opened by King George V in 1927 and has played host to some of London's most extravagant society events. The property includes the May Fair Theatre, home to fashion and film and a 201-seat private screening room.
The Symphony Style Hotel in Kuwait is part of the symphony complex in Salmiya, the main shopping and entertainment district of Kuwait City. The 18-floor hotel has breathtaking views of the Arabian Gulf, three restaurants, high tech in each room and a luxury spa.
The G&V Royal Mile Hotel, in Edinburgh, is in the heart of the city at the corner of George IV Bridge, Victoria Street and The Royal Mile. The 136-room hotel includes an award-winning restaurant, and the Fashionista Bar G&V, a place to see and be seen.
"These three unique hotels lay a strong foundation for the further development of Quorvus Collection," Neumann says.
Each of the three hotels will retain their name as they become part of the Quorvus Collection.
The Quorvus Collection is designed to compete with luxury hotel chains such as The Leading Hotels of the World collection, the Autograph Collection by Marriott and The Luxury Collection by Starwood Hotels & Resorts.
