On May 13 at 2:15 p.m. CT, Tracie Sawade, SaaS UltiPro Customs Development Business Analyst, will outline the common challenges that organizations face when processing payroll as well as a range of best practices to avoid any pitfalls. Topics will include multi-state taxation, quarter- and year-end preparation, compliance rules and regulations, workflow, retroactive pay, and more.
 
On May 14 at 9:45 a.m. CT, Global Product Strategist Ivan Chaney will discuss essential considerations for multinational payroll, specifically for companies with employees in France, Germany and Italy. Topics will include operational efficiencies, cultural complexities, compliance, data collection and security, and governance.
 
On May 17 at 8 a.m. CT, Chief Relationship Officer Bill Hicks will identify current and upcoming technology innovations for payroll, discuss how these new technologies can elevate payroll and HR operations, and provide recommendations on how payroll executives and managers can successfully leverage these tools to drive business results.
