Why Barclays (BCS) Stock Is Down Today

NEW YORK (TheStreet) -- Barclays (BCS) shares are down -1.4% to $17.29 on Monday after being downgraded to "sector perform" from "outperform" by analysts at RBC Capital.

The firm is concerned that price cuts could affect the bank's bottom line.

The bank was also downgraded to "neutral" from "outperform" by analysts at BNP Paribas.
