Why Twitter (TWTR) Stock Is Up In Pre-Market Trading Today

NEW YORK (TheStreet) -- Twitter (TWTR) shares are up 3.1% to $33.07 in pre-market trading on Monday after being upgraded to "buy" from "neutral" by analysts at SunTrust Bank  (STI).

The firm cites potential ad load increases as a reason for the upgrade while setting a $45 price target on the company's shares.
