(Nasdaq:PGTI), the nation's leading manufacturer and supplier of residential impact-resistant windows and doors, announced this week that its Board of Directors has appointed Brad West, 44, as Chief Financial Officer, effective June 1, 2014. Mr. West will report directly to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Rod Hershberger. The Board of Directors also announced this week Jeff Jackson's appointment as the new President and Chief Operation Officer effective June 1, 2014. Mr. Jackson, 48, succeeds Rod Hershberger, 57, who will remain in his roles as Chairman of the PGT Board of Directors and CEO. "We are delighted to have Brad as our new CFO.
