Will This Upgrade Help Twitter (TWTR) Stock Today?

NEW YORK (TheStreet) -- Twitter (TWTR) was upgraded to "equal-weight" from "underweight" by Morgan Stanley Thursday.

Twitter gained 2.3% to $31.37 in morning trading.

The firm set a price target of $36 for the social network company. Shares of Twitter closed at $30.66 a share Wednesday.
