DeSantis, the Company's Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer, has resigned effective as of May 16, 2014, to accept a position with another company. T. Alan Ashworth, the Company's Vice President of Corporate Development and Finance, will serve as Interim Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer.
