Why SNC-Lavalin Group (SNCAF) Stock Is Surging Today

NEW YORK (TheStreet) -- Shares of SNC-Lavalin Group Inc.  (SNCAF) are surging, up 7.53% to $48.42, after the Montreal-based international engineering and construction company announced it was selling its 100% interest in AltaLink, Alberta's largest regulated electricity transmission company, to Berkshire Hathaway Energy (BRK.A) for about $3.2 billion.
