Gas Natural (EGAS) was upgraded to buy at TheStreet Ratings.

Facebook (FB) was upgraded at Credit Suisse to outperform from neutral. Driven by increased ARPU growth trajectory expectations, Credit Suisse said. Twelve-month price target is $87.

Fidelity & Guaranty Life (FGL) was downgraded at Credit Suisse to neutral from outperform. Valuation call with a 12-month price target of $24.

Magna International (MGA) was initiated at UBS with a neutral rating. Secular growth is limited and M&A comes with overpay risk, UBS said. Twelve-month price target is $101.

NASDAQ OMX Group (NDAQ) was upgraded at Credit Suisse to outperform from neutral. Valuation call, with stock price weakness stemming from too much regulation worry, Credit Suisse said. Twelve-month price target is $42.

Nimble Storage (NMBL) was initiated at D.A. Davidson with an underperform rating. Despite co being well-positioned for strong growth, valuation is too high, D.A. Davidson said. Twelve-month price target is $35.

Allergan (AGN) price target, EPS estimates were lifted at Jefferies. Double-digit growth with productive R&D and superior execution, Jefferies said. Twelve-month price target is $139. Hold rating.

Home Depot (HD) was upgraded at BMO Capital to outperform from market perform. Sales outlook is strong with favorable cost trends, BMO Capital said. Twelve-month price target is $90.
