NEW YORK (TheStreet) -- Shares of Nimble Storage Inc. (NMBL) are up 7.08% to $33.26 on Wednesday following a ratings upgrade to "buy" from "neutral" at UBS (UBS).

The firm said the recent pullback in shares and belief that the company's price advantage will push share gains resulted in UBS upgrading the data storage platform's rating.
