NEW YORK (TheStreet) -- Piper Jaffray downgraded Blackhawk Network  (HAWK) to "neutral" from "overweight" and set a $26 target price. The firm noted the company faces growth headwinds. 

The stock was down 4 to $24.98 at 9:34 a.m. on Friday.
