CSX Corp (CSX): Today's Featured Transportation Winner

Shares are down 0.3% year to date as of the close of trading on Monday. Currently there are 8 analysts that rate CSX a buy, no analysts rate it a sell, and 12 rate it a hold.

TheStreet Ratings rates CSX as a buy. The company's strengths can be seen in multiple areas, such as its revenue growth, reasonable valuation levels, good cash flow from operations, increase in stock price during the past year and expanding profit margins. We feel these strengths outweigh the fact that the company has had sub par growth in net income.

On the negative front, Globus Maritime ( GLBS), down 7.4%, P.A.M. Transportation ( PTSI), down 4.5%, Sino-Global Shipping America ( SINO), down 4.5% and AAR Corporation ( AIR), down 4.2%.
